The first marketer in the room, or the one brought in when marketing needs fixing.
I started as the first marketer at a challenger financial data company, where I pulled sales, product, tech and accounts into one CRM we built ourselves. Since then I’ve worked with founders building from scratch and teams fixing what they have, mostly in financial services and fintech.
I work at strategy level and in the detail, so I can build what I recommend, sense-check what an agency tells you, and spot when something isn’t working.
The way I work
-
Marketing as one system
When brand, content, channels, sales and ops are disconnected, even good work underperforms. I focus on building a system where each part supports the others, so each campaign builds on the last.
-
Data that supports decisions
Comfortable with numbers, focused on what moves the needle: pipeline quality, acquisition cost, sales velocity, how fast you can learn and adjust.
Clear signals over vanity dashboards.
-
Implementation that actually works
Most strategies fail between workshop and standup. I bridge the gap so plans run in real life rather than in PowerPoint, built around what you have or can realistically add.
Working with me
-
Curious
I dig into how revenue is really generated: how customers buy, where deals slow down, and how your product and tools are actually used day to day.
-
Hands-on
Comfortable in leadership conversations or deep in the detail. I map journeys, review tracking, test handovers, and stay close to execution.
-
Pragmatic
I focus on the changes that unlock the most impact first, then iterate based on real data. No theoretical overhauls unless truly needed.
-
Collaborative
I work alongside your team and agencies. The goal is systems your team can run without me.
A little more about me
I’ve always loved how systems work under the surface: patterns, cause and effect, tech that actually delivers. That’s why I enjoy workflows and practical problem-solving as much as strategy and messaging.
Curious by nature, I thrive in friendly, collaborative teams that experiment, measure honestly, and adapt together. Hands-on and pragmatic, focused on getting things done rather than talking about them.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me walking (often while talking with a friend), playing basketball, or thinking about my next good meal.
